Getting started

Set up your business in a few clear steps.

Use the Butcherly mobile app to create an account. Approval protects each business and its data.

Register a new business

  1. Install and open the Butcherly app, then choose Register business.
  2. Enter your business name, owner name, email address and a strong password.
  3. Submit your registration. Keep the app installed while your request is reviewed.
  4. After approval, sign in on the same phone and complete your shop setup.

Join an existing business

  1. Ask the business owner to add your email to the correct business or branch and share its business code.
  2. In the app, choose Join existing business and enter the code and your account credentials.
  3. Wait for the phone to be approved before using that business.

Using Butcherly offline

Approved users can work with local data when the connection is unavailable. Online businesses should sync when connectivity returns; unsynced records remain on the phone and may be lost if the phone is lost or reset. Check the app’s sync status before changing phones.
